I must be missing something here, is this 200,000 out of the 580,000 produced annually? If its uncontracted and needs to be put on the market to sell doesn't that mean we have additional supply and could drag down prices?
Bear with me i'm not feeling the sharpest after having a flu like ilness for the last week or so.
