We would not be at imec performing integration work if the tech did not work.
This is a matter of integrating "working" 4DS Memory cells onto imec's megabit test vehicle.
Integration work is out by 2 years now and it is unknown if Platform 4 will be it or further optimisation of process condition are needed which may end up pushing company objectives out by another year or two.
Below announcement is related to single memory cell (Non-Platform Lots).
