Sizzle operates just like any company, with shares, although it's purpose is to acquire an asset/company.

Think of redemption as investors selling their shares back to the company (like a buy back). Sizzle shares will no longer exist upon merger, and CRML shares will be issued. Those investors who redeemed gets their capital back, and those who remain will have shares of CRML.

Those who redeemed can purchase CRML shares anytime, through Nasdaq exchange, should they wish to, just as any one else can, if/when merger happens.

I think people focus too much on redemption as opposed to the goal here, which is to list on Nasdaq and to raise funds (no matter the amount but obviously the more the better for the intrinsic value given).

I give Buzzfeed IPO through a SPAC-merger as an example because the 95% redemption meant there was only USD16M left, yet they achieved their goal. To reach minimum cash threshold, Buzzfeed arranged $150M convertible debt finance. They got their goal and now floating on Nasdaq (although being an internet company right now is not an attractive venture so I'm probably giving a wrong example here). Buzzfeed has over 1,500 staff and unlikely to go bankrupt and more likely to keep operating for quite some time.

I hate to speculate but my feeling is "PIPE" for EUR. My feelings on this is that one or more insto will purchase SZZL shares. I deserve to hold my opinion until a later date.

Ultimately, redemption is a SZZL responsibility to address as EUR would've assumed "no redemption" from the start.

No one has control over redemptions. Best to watch what Directors will do and see what they're capable of, at this stage of the venture.

Hi BRProject, I've been in the field for work the last few days and have only just had time to catch up on EUR. What is happening? I'm a little confused. Did the Sizzle GM not go well for the merger?

Sorry I'm not aware. There's just way to many posts to comb through to find out. I do have a bit of cash invested on the assumption that the merger would go ahead. Should I be worried that this merger will not happen now?
