    Tipster, any idea of the percentage , retail investors would own of the company. Surely these off - market private cap raises and share conversions deplete on-market shareholder percentage ownership.
    My hunch is that it is already majority privately owned .
    Notice how the market cap doesn't rise even though they are constantly , raising capital.The only thing that seems to increase is 'Shares on Issue'
