No i read the announcement and then looked at the capital structure, board members, checked they had no debt, looked at other projects, its this new thing called research.
The parallels are pretty obvious between the two companies it's just one has billions of shares on issue plus a bit of debt and its worth 80M and one has a clean capital structure and is worth 9M.
Putting the two management teams side by side is a fun exercise too but you need to leave your bias at the door.
