Yes Karakot ,it seems to be the opposite of everything that I have read on Pilkington .

The fact is ,how would a company get to be among the biggest glass suppliers in the world and be a household name if rheir technology is so bad ?

Now ,why would people all around the world buy billions of dollars of glass from pilkington if its a crappy company with inferior technology ?
And who cares who owns it ?

I have previously researched Pilkington after the deal was announced with Dyesol ,and I personally think Lords assessment is part of a smear against Dyesol and the multinationals that have linked up with them , but with no basis in fact .Just go to Pilkington website ,there is some impressive information on there and the company has been in operation since the early 1800s .
