Here's what I think.
I think you don't actually try to read or understand anything that is posted. I do think you try and find any little twist in posts to insert you own interpretation and "gaslight" the context.
Let's get back to the actual statements.
NEVER have I made an "ASSERTION" or an "UNEQUIVOCAL" statement about BL and "Greenbushes of the North". I referred to it as a QUIP. Here is the transcipt with my bolding added

It's a reckoning ... "based on what we knew" ... and I hope he can follow up with "I reckon we found what we were looking for" ... and if that "remark" is made, I would interpret it "strong evidence" that BL has found the Greenbushes of the North (whatever that means to him ... for you I can't even guess) but until I see an MRE that looks like the MRE of the actual Greenbushes it will remain as a QUIP.
So I have agreed with you before and again now ... BL did not unequivocally state he has found the Greenbushes of the North ... I just find his words to be irresponsible because it creates an expectation.
What I find amusing is that other posters have also used those words ... and your more than happy to accept the quip. Now more context from others says its more of a reference to the "largest" ... so largest in North America, largest in Northern Hemisphere ... but then SYA already has the largest in North Amercia with NAL ... how come wasn't referred to as the Greenbushes of North America????

SOQUEM already owned 40%, but more importantly perhaps (?) is
waived its right of first refusal inconnection with acquiring the sellers interest - Guo‐Ao Lithium Ltd (yep you guessed it a Chinese company - maybe they saw the writing on the wall wrt to Canada and China geopolitical future).
Why would they pass if there was something substantial at Moblan. Wouldn't it be a major embarrassment to the Quebec government if they found something. OK - BEFORE ANYONE JUMPS ON ME, that is written merely to reverse what Arf is saying to highlight his method. I'm not buying a word of it. SOQUEM is making a business decision. It's got NOTHING TO DO WITH dumb or embarassment or future potential.
SYA acquired the 60% in Aug'21 from Guo-Ao by paying US$86.5M in cash to Guo-Ao (Guo-Ao is a Chinese investment fund)
Guo-Ao acquired its 60% interest from Perilya a unit of Shenzhen Zhongjin Lingnan Nonfemet Co. Ltd in Oct'17 for US$60M and planned to spend CNY500M building a mine/concentrator plus ~20Ktpy Li2CO3 plant lithium carbonate production plant in Taixing, China (yep exporting SC to China).
The 40% that SOQUEM holds has been in their hands for much longer.
BTW ... heres some history for you.
By Feb 2019, production was pushed out to end of 2020. Why do you think happened.
