re: Ann: MEO: MEO Executes binding farm-in ag... would like some opinions on the merits of CUE v MOG as an Artemis play. We have all heard the arguments for and against MEO/CUE. MEO is the main player in Artemis, also has a lot more riding on it than CUE but perhaps not so much as MOG, when i say this i mean in regard to the deal struck with PBR ie. cash payments, free carry on successive wells. So, even though MOG has more leverage (which in my opinion could be further diluted if further CR for Cornea) i for one would not be comfortable to hold MOG through drilling, i would purely see it as a besbs. I would be happy to hold CUE through drilling as it's not a one hit wonder. I see potentially the same amount of upside from both, by either selling MOG pre spud or holding CUE through drilling and success. Further gains would also come into play as buying into MOG now as a besbs would attract a higher CGT and CUE would be a LT hold. I guess my main argument is that CUE is most likely the better vehicle even though there is a lot of talk about the leverage that MOG carries, i feel that leverage shouldn't be the sole decision. IMO CUE is a better choice than MOG.
