in the past 3 years telstra/bigpond have refunded more than $2000 to me
they are the biggest pack of useless prics i have ever dealt with
their technical advice is not worth a bucket of goat shite
one real dumb pric in telstra tried to convince people that ADSL was better than broadband.....what a dumb MF he was...but most of them are.lol.
