    ASX Tech Index +9%
    CDX -11% .... yep 20% underperformance

    And whilst management has committed to this capital raising, they had to.
    Note also that they will only commit the cash at the next "annual" general meeting (AGM) according to the release..so thats a free option to November! They are getting in cheaper again!
    And why not seek approval and commit at the next Extraordinary general meeting (EGM) which they have suggested for the US raising? Or is the EGM going to be after the AGM? ie no listing until 2024?

    This is why Governance on this Board needs to be tightened.
