The real asset we are talking about here is value which relates to the JORC resource defined at the Yukon project and not the amount spent to date on exploration to define it. Yes the asset would remain on the books but it all boils down to what a potential acquirer would be prepared to pay for the existing resource.
Anyway there is little chance of OVR going belly up tomorrow having just raised $6.2m.
