I think that the Uranium ETF URA are the ones who are holding the share price down with small sales, could be for the reason to buy up another large stake on the cheap.
Their holding in Anson resources has been slowly dropping, they are clearly the ones who are pushing the price down in my opinion, and the shorters are along for the ride that does not help the situation.
