Hmmm I too have searched and haven't ever really come across such a study looking at JSW specifically.

There have been a number that indirectly would possibly result in the phenomena of increases here but nothing as I said, directly.

We really only have had indirect evidence such as improvements in cartilage observations, increased chondrocyte production, reduction of BMLs, these all could contribute at least in some patient cases to an increase in JSW, what we all would ideally love to see...

A couple as examples:

In this pilot study, 4 weekly injections of NaPPS were associated with significantly improved duration of joint stiffness and pain at rest compared with controls for 20 weeks after the cessation of treatment, and significantly improved pain on walking and overall function for 8 weeks after the cessation of treatment in these patients with OA of the knee.




This is one of the key reasons why 008 6 Month data could be quite profound if structurally we see some positive signs.
