Realistically, getting much more than an MOU at this stage (drilling out a resource) is a stretch. However, things are clearly looking up,
1) A similar deposit (Thacker Pass) just up the road gets $650m investment from GM
2) Thacker Pass recently clears most legal hurdles which bodes well for JRL
3) MOU for JRL
Hopefully the start of good things to come.
