I just hope and pray that even if he increases his corny offer, that people will not be tempted to take it.
If they want MIN shares, which I do not. Surely they would be better off holding out now, as I believe that the SP of NWE will increase, as atm it is tied in to the MIN sp.I can only assume this is all achieved by manipulation?

If I was in the position of wanting MIN shares, I would sell some of the NWE at the 9th hour and then wait until everything settles down, as I have a strong feeling that the MIN share price could radically drop.
That would be the time to buy, on their own terms.

But this whole situation is really irrelevant as CE knows well that NWE is very likely to make MIN a fortune.
That is why he is so desperate to get the shares.
LT investors, have waited a very long time, why on earth would they even consider giving up their precious shares right now? They invested in NWE not MIN.

Does this, which are my personal thought, make sense to you, or am I missing something else really pertinent?
