Well after cancelling a service on 22nd January I am still getting billed abd have had no promised refund cheque in the mail.I have talked to a unknown amout of telstra people from unknown origins 3 times re this and I still get bills. Thank goodness the bills were not automatic debits from my account as I would be short approx $150 dollars. This morning I just rang my local MP, who will take care of it for me and they have had 19 Telstra complaints this month alone---------I wonder if I can sue them {telstra}for the stress and time lost they have caused me !?
