if you look at it from another angle....

imagine the plan goes as expected...

JRV actually delivers the goods (albeit a small amount of Scandium)....but I think that will bring back some people sitting on the fence who have rightly argued that DP is full of gas and can never deliver....

It will be a huge victory for DP if he brings this plan to production irrespective of the $ value it achieves....will definitely triple the share price and will give all long term sufferers to get out on probably no loss - no gain basis (even stevens)...

If you look at the quality of announcement from EMC, they are definitely a hundred time better than the Chinese mob....accepted that the Chinese had the backing of one of the world's largest corporation (some Fortune 100 company in CRR), their communicationd during the deal was horrendous...atleast this Canadian mob is way better in giving us the timelines for the next 18 months very well...and they have addressed all the points required to build a mine from scratch for a foreign entity in Australia...all DP has to do is paste their announcement on his letter head and forward it to ASX....

Just based on the above math, I am happy that things can only improve on this dog of a counter...my last buy was at 0.5c on the day this deal was announced and that has lowered my overall holding price....now if this one hits anything 1c+, I will have covered most of my money....still not out of the woods but definitely in a better shape than what it was a few months ago (atleast the outlook is more positive now than last year)....

I will not buy anymore but will definitely hope that it starts paying back the lost $$$ and wasted emotions....
