Just had a call from my loocal MPs office and my issue has been handed to a case manager and escaleted up the queue and I will be hearing from someone at Telstra today-lets hope they speak English!
MORE IMPORTANTLY-why do I need a case manager and why has my so called case escalated up the queue..
Because Telstra are a mob of incompetents giving lousy service all around.
