Whilst on the subject of alternative future batteries, I would encourage all to read the research from IIT on Solid State Lithium Air batteries with high energy density at room temperatures, Cleantechnica published an article about it 3days ago and in Journel of Science 2nd Feb.
Promising research progress and testing with a far higher energy density.
When you read it tell me how many times you see Li in the diagrams.
