My understanding of it in view of the "the greater of 113k or 50/50" agreement is now that the 113k portion of the offtake will obviously be exceeded (120k), the agreement will now be only on a 50/50 basis, right off the bat. So this means we get 60k, PLL gets 60k.
If we could only produced 113k or produced under that number, all of that would have gone to PLL.
Of course, I could be wrong...
