just had a call from my so called 'Telstra Case Manager' who took my details and gave me their i.d. number,contact number and case reference number-they will call me back shortly with the datails once they have tracked down the info required to sort out my issue. One would think that all of this info would be there in front of them with the touch of a button----------------------------------------stay tuned!
