Granted the retail investors don't like them as it dilutes their ownership share...and depresses the

see CR's.

The more pertinent question people should be asking is (if I may humbly suggest) will the monies
raised via a CR be used to further develop tech that has shown to work? (I think the answer is YES)
therefore, is the upside potential commensurate with the downside risks? And finally, given the potential
that IBX has, does it still deserve to remain in my portfolio?

Those are the questions that I'd be asking myself. For me, it remains to be a 'Buy/Hold'.

the more pertinent question is why does IBX consistently underdeliver leading to them having to raise money at a very low share price which dilutes the company more than what it would have to if management were competent.
