Based on $50million in expenses (what Nandan spent this year as he has basically been there a year) and 2.2% margin then Splitit will "breakeven, "become profitable," or be "running at a small loss" at an MSV of $2.3billion.

Can you argue with that basic statement?
    Its basic maths.
Interpreting/converting statements into mathematical equations is apart of primary school education and what was done with Ben Malones statement....the CFO.

    Primary school example for you...
If little Nandan spent $50million in his first year and his business receives 2.2% margin of MSV as revenue, how much MSV does little Nandan need to process to "breakeven" the next year if expenses and margins remain the same.
