With relation to the mining licence, it was supposed to be formalised last year, but it wasn't because some people wanted greater legal protections for workers.
From what I understand, they are expected to meet again to vote on it around May or June this year.
Protection for workers should be supported, I'm expecting it'll come to a sensible middle ground, and companies like Akora, can still offer better condition than what's legally required should they want to.
