I also cannot understand why NEM suddenly make a T/O when the POG has approached the highs why wouldn't they have made a bid 6 months ago when everything was in the doldrums. NEM will only throw away the crumbs like Telfer and I don't think it will be anything NST is interested in. I think we have our hands full with the superpit over the next few years. Though I do note that Barrick has an office now in Perth.
