If what Smileatme is saying in regards ownership, then i find that quite appalling , if correct . AVZ has for sometime contracted Top lawyers for the purpose of making everything absolutely contractually watertight . Nigel for a very long time has banged on about a 75% ownership with full legal standing . Now for the moment lets forget about the comminere 15% debacle . Now the bit that gets me extremely shitty if smileatme is correct per the JV agreement , those contracts were null invoid . So by the good grace of the DRC Government the 60% is allowed to stand , because of the time and work AVZ has put in , but the other 15% is lost . It cannot be true surely ,because the sheer incompetance is off the dumb scales . Why was the 15% monies left in a trust all that time ago , to never be taken, thats a red flag . So one open sore heals it seem another opens up , when we are administering self inflicted sore's that are jeopardizing our business at this juncture . Now i have always been fully behind AVZ and as a very early investor believe in the Journey , Marius with words ( AVZ's enemies will be confused) i hope he is right . Or was Nigel blindsided, with all Management on planes going to the DRC . You can make your opinion . For Months now the story has gone , we are talking at the highest levels of the DRC government . Im sorry but they not working on Quantum Physics . Roadshows in Australia , more energy drilling out, so Dathmior can have their share of 500MT , or would the whole management team living and breathing DRC Air in a office close to the action and the pulse have been the best option . I am in construction and the phase ( when the cats away the mice will play . If you are on the ground you are rarely blindsided . Hope it all works out , just my thoughts .
