PLL only came into SYA’s fold when NAL came into play.
it is written clearly, the offtake agreement is for life of mine or when downstream processing commences.
doesn’t get any clearer than that!
what gets negotiated for the offtake to resume is pure speculation at this point.
PLL are so luck to be riding on SYA’s coat tails.
PLL shareholders are the most toxic and delusional I have ever seen on any forum. Clutching at straws and always trying to elaborately explain their speculation trying to convince themselves and others that their fantasies are real.
How about you stay in your forum and discuss amongst yourselves how North Carolina got stuffed up by putting the cart before the horse, as eloquently stated by the county. Focus on getting the permits there first. NAL is all taken care of now and is in autopilot mode.
