Remember back in March 2009, you were using 2 X 8.6 months from the US Oct 2007 top for a low. I thought you might be right but the generated date of 17-18/03/2009 was about a week late.
Well, if you use that 17-18/03/2009 date and measure up 1/12th Armstrong cycle or 392/3 days you get to 13-15/04/2010.
So maybe you weren't that wrong back last year.
