to be honest i dont know why all the hooha on most of the proposals for performance rights?
maybe im reading it wrong but vesting period is 3 years,4 years & 5 years AFTER conditions met.
doesnt that mean if:
AZL reach 500MILLION MC on 20day WVAP they get their performance rights 4yrs from that date?
and only get performance rights if praIrie have PROFITABLE PFS to get their performance rights 3yrs from that date?
and get more performance rights in 3yrs AFTER prairie PRODUCE at least 1,000kgs (1 tonne) from prairie lithium only (nothing to do with big sandy/lordsburg)?
and 3 years AFTER prairie have at least 1MT LCE from inferred to indicated?
now it in their interest to get all these things done quickly...if ALL of these targets reached quickly i dont think anyone will bitch that they got some extra shares..shares that vested and they cant get for years AFTER they met rights conditions.
if all these conditions met the share price wouldnt be 7c thats for sure & people wouldnt be complaining.
id love it if we produced our first tonne of LCE (from just prairie) & yeah give em some shares ive no problem with that.
the thing i think people need to understand about prairie acquisition is that depending on what holders elect to receive in % exchangeable shares instead of AZL shares (due to them holding exchangeable shares for tax purposes in canada) we could potentially have up to 17% of issued AZL shares not being traded for up to 5yrs when they automatically convert to AZL shares.
if we get good new then less shares for people to buy.
anyhow prairie technology will be interesting...the idea where you spend $20mill usd & get portable module to extract lithium,make your $ then add more modules as needed....low expenditure way to make LCE
