In the explanatory notes from the Notice of EGM announcement, released on 26/3/10, I notice that Resolution 5 pertains to "Approval of the issue of unlisted options to the National Security Corporation".
It then goes on to say "the issue of 500,000 Options to National Security Corporation, a company incorporation in Washington(and/or its nominee), in consideration of US corporate advisory consultancy services to be provided to the company by National Security Corporation, a company incorporated in Washington in the next 12 months to the value of $38,000."
The implicit issue price will be 7.6c/option, exercisable at 25c on or before the date occuring 5 years after their date of issue.
Does anyone have any info on who this Company might be?
