Earnings (the 'E' of the PE ratio) are based on Net Revenues less Net Expenses though, so for a PE ratio of ~2 then it would mean MEL was making $1m+ of profit each month, which is clearly not a feasible outcome for CY23.
Great analysis anyway though, because even those cash flows would be welcome and surely result in a significant rerate of the whole business.
