It's been repeatedly stated that the JXTC board has approved the investment in Caldag
As you know I was interested in the Chinalco / JXTC tie up a good few weeks back, and I think the announcement last night was indeed a nod to their strategy as an "enlarged" entity
You will of course also note that they mention increasing capacity to a 100 000 tons which of course could incorporate the toledo side and perhaps even Devolli / koko down the line.....
But yes again the question has to be asked. Is HL and indeed ENK part of the Chinalco strategy
