Can't imagine JP Morgan having NCM shareholders interests at heart, the other advisers Freehills advised the Arrium Board all the way to administration. The banks sued the former Arrium CFO(Bakewell) who then counter sued Freehills assuming for their "advice".
When the big end of town see an opportunity for profit they can go quite feral like pigs, shareholders should be concerned.
