The reality is that's no way to invest, not for Retail holders not for corporates
you have missed one of the most amazing bull runs in quite some time. That's profit you will never get back.. i am not having a go.. just stating the obvious. you may want to read up on methods of investing. being all cash, all the time is not one of them.
