It could easily take a year or two more of litigation and wrangling in the DRC, maybe ASIC getting involved at additional cost given disclosure question marks, and while depleting the cash of the company. The insiders certainly like to pay themselves extremely well as if the mine is actually producing, millions in cash burn for staff and now likely millons more on lawyers and advisors. I doubt it will trade again if the ML fails to materialise. You won't see the 99% collapse on market, it will simply delist.
