Ok, they'll fund everything from here with no dilution or CR.
Only way I see that happening is with a payout from the court case faster than I'd anticipate. I also don't view further dilution as a bad thing, just part of getting from A to B and something I'd factor in when coming to a valuation. We'll see how wrong I am in coming months.
