My guess as to comparison with Weebit’s ReRAM is that CBRAM is not as good. It may be fast and it may be durable and it may be economic on power usage but it looks like requiring more exotic materials so could be more expensive to make.
Also it won’t have Leti’s selector.
Cost is everything with semiconductors.
