The $400 mill was mensioned by ECT at the Mar 31 preso...hence the media reported it.

This $400 mill comment should have been ASX announced imo.

Now that would confirm what we suspect from ECT's expanded deal comments in the recent preso mensioning:

"Significant growth potential beyond targets through project expansions"

Since $122 mill = 1mtpa...Nov ann

$100 mill wasnt going to go far. $400 mill will proportionally build a 3.25mtpa plant...or maybe 4mtpa if economies of scale are applicable (likely). Seems the "beyond targets through project expansions" comment is real...$100 mill to $400 mill initially.

In the same day Kos said:

"I think that there are hundreds of jobs that can be created in the first phase of our plant"...media

"Phase 1 construction >50 jobs"...preso

Why would Kos be stating this bullish info to this esteemed conference if the Tincom deal was on the ropes?

He wouldnt. From the available evidence it seems to me the Tincom deal is being greatly expanded...hence the delays.

It makes sense that we could be waiting for the $400 mill nod from the Viet PM as SP3 stated.

Remember...the $100 mill investment license was the biggest ever for Vietnam...how much more so for $400 mill...but Viet NEEDS BCE security.

Question is when?...Im happy to wait, but I agree - an update is necessary Kos.
