are you talking about this thread shooting down my assertions over time that the NAL offtake is 113k not 60K?
or that the price ceiling floor for offtake actually exists (oh the arguments over this!!)?
or the offtake is voided 2024? When both JV parties must agree to either carbonate or hydroxide joint production?
I am all for fairness and think the equal share for the ramp up period should be shared or the JV could have very little money coming in initially,
next year will be 113k to offtake customer PLL and whatever is left over to the JV.
