I just ran a 6 week course of PPS @ 2mg/kg twice per week for a troublesome shoulder with minor tearing of the labrum.
I was hoping for a miracle but so far after about a month of finishing the course, I haven't noticed anything. Hopefully the PPS will repair any damage to the cartilage that the cortisone shot did.
