A raise is a formality if they want to go it alone. What needs to happen here in my opinion is a merger with the likes of AIS, 29M, DVP et al. Reduce the Corp overhead, and get into a bigger listed entity that has the balance sheet to finance Federation. Takeover at 20cps or a massively dilutive raise at <10cps… take ur pick.
