Agreed. Its almost a formality and maybe it is done out of courtesy prior to publicly announcing it.
I need to study this process a bitBut it looks like once it gets Minister signature it will go to the Independent Planning Commission (IPC), which then takes 12-weeks by the looks to make a determination. Gee a lot of red tape!!! (https://www.ipcn.nsw.gov.au/engage-with-us/our-processes)
I couldn't help myself and picked up a few more this morning on the slight sell down.
