Yes, we are effectively betting that Biota management won't stuff up. I see several factors that will support a strong deal, Tami-resistance, rising awareness of importance of anti-viral stockpiling, and the participation of DS in negotations.
The proof will be in the pudding so to speak. If they stuff up this deal, when they have everything pushing in their favour, then what can you do :p.
