by the way the wanton waste I referred to was the ETS junket, the no cost/benefit NBN ("back of the envelope" $43bn), the roof insulation and the school scheme. Why ports have been "planned" to be expanded so that perhaps Rudd could do it in the next term, unless of course he backflips again?
