You are conflating the concepts of price and value.
Yes. The price of buying AHQ is becoming cheaper. But that doesn't necessarily imply a corresponding increase in value. Possibly, the value of the stock is falling faster than its price (e.g., due to collapsing coal prices and /or other reasons).
You need to stop fixating on price and focus instead on the root-causes that influence value (e.g., coal price, coal production, and the timing of the upcoming capital raise). <--- unless you have insider information, only one of these knowledge areas is in the public domain
