I wrote to them on how left they'd left a raising before the recent deal. It was a predictable generic unhelpful response. SO many Aussie bio-techs with great products and tardy executive management out there. OSX is just too cheap to not buy here.
I am a little concerned on governance, but have been in this situation with other bio-tech stocks where subsequent announced partnerships or deals explains an almost apparent "don't bother me I am having a good joint" attitude to shareholders and finances by executives and boards.
We live in the information age, which is a crock'. There is so much information out there, small companies like OSX struggle with business and shareholder focus amongst the noise. Its products are superior to conventional products and most new innovative products out there. There is just no scale because people simply don't know of them.
