I don't dismiss it, but I certainly don't believe there is enough clarity surrounding this production to include it in a valuation. IMO, for the following reasons

- Insufficient clarity about achievement of upgraded capacity
- No transperancy or clarification of level of forward orders
- No confirmation of approval outside of EU, or progress towards achieveing this
- No news of any sales whatsoever of Rotocaps

However, this provides significant potential upside to current valuations in the event that they have achieved sales of this production. I just don't see the market won't including rotocaps production into the SP until most of these questions have been answered, heres hoping we get our answers tonight.
