I doubt it, they are the same bunch that took out close to $1 billion in debt and used the funds to pay a bumper dividend prior to the COVID crisis. Management personnel has not changed since. Retention of prior half cash was in anticipation of off market buyback. I expect 80-90% pay-out ratio (not uncommon) for this half plus maybe a special dividend. Total per share pay-out could quiet easily be in excess of $2 per share.
