Anyone with better computer skills than myself could try attaching the report to letters to Australian Financial Review, Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, whatever the home newspaper is where the rich man lives, The Speaker of the House of Representatives in Washington- wherever the story might stick and make things hot for the scammers.
