It doesn't state anywhere LY were going to use it. It doesn't state anywhere ESI are waiting for Tincom to get permission to expand the plant capacity.
Shareholders don't know a lot - that's why there is conjecture about where things are at.
As to the delay in timeline still fitting. That is a fair point. Perhaps LY view it as a binning of the CPRS rather then a delay. Which I don't think is stretching the reality to far. LY need surety about what is going to happen the delay doesn't give them that it only provides more doubt about it eventuating at all.
What about the point of tincom buying the resource? Any comment?
